支援する方の募集依頼

先日、Cosmo PRのLinnea Duvallからメールが届きました。Mr. Ichiyamaがクリーブランド・クリニックで移植手術を受けるそうですが、奥様もクリーブランドに来ます。二人ともが英語も分からないことですし、クリーブランド周辺も知らないということでいる間に支援する方を募集しています。そして、4月23日から4月27日までにMr Itoと言う方がクリーブランドに来ますので支援内容などの調整が可能です。以下は英語ですが依頼内容です 。

My name is Linnea Duvall, an account manager for the public relations firm COSMO in Tokyo.  I was hoping you could help me in finding some support for a Japanese family in Cleveland.
My colleague and friend Mr. Ichimiya is awaiting a liver and kidney transplant at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.  Although he and his wife have someone at Cleveland Clinic who speaks Japanese, they are looking for an assistant to help them with everyday life, particularly as Mrs. Ichimiya is not familiar with the city and does not speak English.  Do you know of anyone in Cleveland who could assist the Ichimiyas in their daily life, in a part-time or full-time capacity?  I would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.  Another colleague, Mr. Ito, will be in Cleveland around April 23-27, and he would be happy to meet with anyone you could suggest.
